Well, I'm here!  However, I had left off reading the manuscript for
a while, started on it again last week (or was it a couple of weeks
ago), and have now suspended that since I have to work on many too
many papers, have to study for this and that, and am in general up
to my eyebrows in work.  If it's any use to you, I could send you the
first four (I think) chapters, which I have gone through.  I should
be able to resume work on it again by the end of the month.
Sorry about my silence and slowness.
